This is The Lumberjack Restaurant at Howard and Tecumseh...
Established in 1980, The Lumberjack Restaurant at the corner of Howard and Tecumseh has been serving generations of families in Windsor and Essex County for over 30 years.
When you first enter The Lumberjack, you will feel at home. With its rustic and antique décor, it reminds you of simpler times when family and friends gathered together to share a meal and enjoy each others’ company.
Thursday to Sunday and all Holidays we stoke up our Wood Grill BBQ in our main dining room around 4 pm. You can smell the scent of Maples and Hardwoods wafting through the dining room as the Chef prepares to work his magic. Then, watch as Jack skillfully grills steaks, chicken and ribs over an open flame.
Our menu features Canadian Cuisine and traditional dishes with a little twist. From our 55+ menu and Children’s menu to our hearty steak menu that boasts a 32 oz Sirloin Steak; we have the perfect meal to suit your appetite. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner all day long. And since every meal is made to order, we are able to accommodate all food allergies and dietary requirements.
The Lumberjack Serving Staff is seasoned and extremely knowledgeable. Some of our Servers have been with us for over 25 years. They will greet you with a smile, help guide you through our menu and make this visit your best ever.
The Lumberjack Restaurant has a large seating capacity in an open concept dining room. This means we can accommodate large groups and families with ease.
